What we collect
When you submit a booking or inquiry, we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), planner name and contact (if applicable), event date, guest count, and any notes. For bookings, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, confirm and coordinate your booking, send event-related updates, and (rarely) follow up about future events. We do not sell or rent your data.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting, cookieless, and does not track you across sites.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Inquiry records are retained for 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
