Cancellation Policy.

Wedding Cancellations
If you cancel your wedding, refunds are issued on the following schedule, based on time between cancellation and event date:
- +12+ months before: Full refund of deposit, less a $1,500 administrative fee.
- +6 to 12 months before: 50% refund of any payments made.
- +Less than 6 months before: No refund. The date is yours; if you cancel, the dates remain charged.
Date changes (rather than cancellations) may be accommodated within the same calendar year subject to availability and a $750 change fee, no later than 90 days before the original event date.
Tour Cancellations
The $50 tour deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.
Force Majeure
If your event is canceled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, government order, etc.), we will work with you in good faith to either reschedule or issue a partial refund. Specific terms reviewed case by case.
